I have heard people talking on the other boards about a late season honker hunt this weekend. I am free Saturday and Sunday. I have about 8 full body, and about 3 dozen shells, and my own supplies. I have heard and seen honkers out at Martha Perry Conservation area and James A. Reed Conservation area. Also, huntinlabs mentioned Truman Lake holding some geese. Let's get this goin... If someone has a good scouting report, let's get everyone in the KC/NE Missouri area together and drop some honkers.

huntinlabs are you close enough to Martha Perry that you could take a glance out there and see if the kind of numbers we were seeing are still out there? We can't hunt James Reed on the weekend apparently so we may be stuck with Martha Perry.

oh and nathan you remember the bean field that they were flying over... well that whole side is flooded because of the snow... the only thing out of water is that corn field

i would say after 10 am and around4pm - 5 pm but i could be completley wrong also it depends on the weather when ever you see the most geese flying the day before is a pretty good indication
